BAD service telkom

took on telkom/mweb LTE 1 April; told 5Mbps by telkom; mweb rep did get better connection and for 2 hrs good connection, then connection reduced to practically ZERO. I take speedtest before doing anything. Mails dont arrive, cant open web page. at 9pm tonight "Ping 17; 4.63 download; 9.41 upload. this is FANTASTIC compared to what i got earlier..but not good enough. I am OAP, cant afford 199 pm for nothing. 20GB was gone in 1 - 7 april. Finally got into mweb page put in two complaints last night, and again now, NO RESPONSE...
