Bad service Telkom

This matter is now ongoing since 3rd November 2025. Between Telkom Store Mooirivier Potchefstroom and Huawei. My handset has been in for repairs 4 times. It was confirmed today that because it is on contract with the Telkom Store they should take responsibility to replace it with a brand new handset. I've paid in R6259 and my warranty expires end March 2026. So is Telkom playing for time. I've contacted the manager of the and now she says she's waiting on the handset to be returned from Huawei Repair Center. The battery was replaced the LCD was replaced and the motherboard was replaced so you tell me what else can be repaired. They also have issues with the IMEI number. I've got info that they take your handset in for repairs then it never leaves the store, make you believe it was repaired. So people be careful when purchasing or taking out a contract with Telkom because their after service is disgusting. I've given them till Friday 13th February 2026. Had hand my handset for only 10days since the 3rd November 2025. Been paying for 11 months now. You cannot even get hold of any higher management of that store.
