Bad service - Telkom

I have my telkom account for more than 10years, but constantly having problems where they deducting my bank account but I'm forever in arrears Now its so bad they are suspending my phone and blocking that I do not receive any messages. My son is waiting to here about job applications and the phone is completely off. How bad this service is and the money was deducted from my bank account.
