Bad service Telkom

I would like to express how disgusted i was with Telkom 's service , i lost my phone that was on contract with them i called in to request to block list i spoke to Caroline Nkuna who generated just a ref no ***2, i felt that something was not right and called back the person i spoke to could not link my ref to anything not only did they waste my time they played me for a fool by acting as though they are blocking my phone while in fact the ref no did not link to anything because when you call back with the ref no the agent that answered could not pick up anything on it
