Bad service Telkom

2019-08-19 i reported a fault at telkom. My landline was off and my ADSL line also. Thy suggested that I migrate to another service because of cable theft. Up until today im without my services and no explanation from Telkom. I placed an order on line and per telephone but when i enquire about it the order was never placed. I went myself to the store to placed the order up until now no service was rendered to me. This is bad really badddddddddddddddddd
