bad service telkom

Neil Leeming received horrible service from Telkom. He has spent hundreds of hours to sort out a free wifi connection for which he was charged and now have all the debt collectors on him. the more he tried to explain the less he is helped. you cannot get a senior Manager at Telkom to assist not even Icasa was helpfull
