BAD SERVICE - TELKOM

I had the worse call with a telkom representative regarding a cancellation that i escalated for the second time. I followed the complete cancelation policy as they advised me to do. When my cancellation time came they did not cancel the line and i contacted them again until they finally cancelled the line. So due to them not following their own policy they still went and charged me. I tried explaining this to their representative and she just left the call without placing me on hold or anything only for me to hear her conversation with someone else on another call that she was on. Finally the line went off and she did not call me back and i have still not been refunded for their poor work performance. I am so shocked at her behaviour. I received the call from the number *** and the called lasted 11 minutes.
