Bad service Telkom

I have taken a laptop contract with Telkom, only to realize that over a year I have been getting charged for 2 laptops. I have been to telkom over and over again to sort this problem out and I still have nit received any feedback nor have I received my money back from them. I am sick and tired of this is there any advice any of you can give to me.
