Bad Service Telkom

I app**** for a fixed Telkom line on 03. 06.2019 via telephone call to sales agent. The phone was supposed to be delivered to my work address in 7-14 days. after that period I called Telkom who asked me to call their courier service. after numerous calls between the courier service and Telkom I am still awaiting for a response. I called Telkom and asked for a manager to call me , and also logged a complaint to *** on 04.07.2019 with no response to date.
