Bad Service Telkom

Signed a two year contract for a Huewi ****le, after 6 months the battery went flat. Telkom Nelspruit said they have to send it to Joburg and it will be back in 21 days. We said ok then we shouldn't have to pay for that month and that is when the staff member got very belligerent and said take it or leave it. When threatened with Hello Peter he said go ahead! Sad isnt it?
