Bad Service Telkom

Hi i have a telkom adsl uncapped 10 meg 24 month contract. My services have been down since beginning of December after numerous phone calls to the call centre nothing has been done. This is not the first time. I want to cancel i am 13 months into my contract is there a way to get out of this poor service contract?
