Bad service Telkom!!!

Good day. It has been 3 months now since i moves to a new house. I have been calling Telkom twice a week since then to move my land line and stil nothing happend. Every time i speak to a consultant the system is off or there is problems with my "contact details". Which is not true! Please help!
