BAD SERVICE TELKOM

I am truly appauled at the bad service I received from TELKOM. I went to several branches for an iphone which was advetised but no one had stock. A consultant from Telkom advised me to go to iStore and do the Telkom contract through them. I did but they told me they don't cover the phone for theft and loss, but Telkom would. I went back to Telkom and they told me they can't assist. We called the call centre and was advised that we can call Finright directly and that they would assist. I called and they said they can't. My problem is I have cell phone contracts and my phones are not covers. I have been sent from pillar to post and **** to. I need someone to intervene.
