Bad service Telkom.

Been almost a year, Telkom has been logging faults because I have been calling them continuous, out box doesn't have a cover, the last time a Telkom guy worked. They seem to have taken the cover or broke it or something. When it rains the internet and phones go dead , the lines have a noise. Kevin was sorting it out but when I call they don't allow me to go through to him. Apparently they cannot divert my call. It's almost a year when it rains we are stranded up when we have to work from home or do assignments or even call when there is an emergency. I am not happy with this . I feel Telkom should resolve issues first to the daily customers instead of the first time people. Don't take jobs and you cannot do it right.
