Bad service - Telkom

I bought artime by mistake and asked if it could be reversed. Because it was a big amount i phoned immediately. The 2 consultant i spoke to told me he was going to speak to his supervisor i must just hold on. I waited for more than 40 minutes on the phone till he ended the call. I phoned again and they told me they cannot reverse it. What happended to thr customer is always right? An honest mistake was made and they cannot help you. The worst service ever. I would not recommend anyone to change to this service.
