Bad service Telkom

Poor service. I was ****** in Feb this year and tried to call insurance I got no help. Three weeks ago I sent them a message to cancel my contract and they haven't. Instead the want to continue to debit my account. I don't want to renew my contract with them. I am still waiting for them to contact me .
