Bad service Team leader Telkom sales call center

I app**** 2 weeks ago for Black friday deals. Queried with Call centre does not want to give team leader or managers details without their permission when you want to complain. Dont give turnaround times for queries to be resolved. Team leader has not responded to more than 10 emails I sent thus far. Ayanda Nzuza just ignored all my emails and her manager said she will call back but nothing.
