Bad Service-Still waiting for technician to sort out fault on landline which was reported two weeks ago. Fault no 9CNZ190118
We had reported the above fault two weeks ago and the Telkom turnaround time is 5 business days and to date no techinician has respond. Please urgently advise

30 Jan 2018, 21:01Still no response from Telkom. Very poor service. I have dealt with many companies but this service stinks. We are paying for landline which is not working for more than 2 weeks!!!!
