Bad Service-Still waiting for technician to sort out fault on landline which was reported 6 days ago. Fault no 77CNZ220118
We had reported the above fault 6 days ago and Telkom turnaround time is 5 business days and to date no response to this request. Very bad service. Telkom to urgently advise.
