Bad service, still waiting for installation!

Im so sick of telkom! Ive app**** for the R599 internet package and I was promise that the service provider of telkom will come install it in 21 working days since 18th of December 2017.. The next thing Open serve guys rocked up at my premises (without notice)to install the ADSL and went incomplete!.. I called Telkom to find out if those guys are coming back or not but they take forever to answer their helpline!! I was told @ Telkom Vall Mall that I wil receive another sms with the date of appointment. Till today no sms???? is there maybe a solution to this??? other packages that i can take and cancel this Telkom thing??? My order number is ********** 01A
