Bad service , *****sters

I have a very bad experience with home WiFi of Telkom Firstly I signed inn they sent me a rooter which I had a problem it didn't have a network at all I called them the lady I was talking with said they busy trying to fix it . That was a first month . Second month same problem continues an I went to their outlet and they gave me * 120* something to use it on the rooter and said I must restart it ,it will work fine and it did not I went to them the third time with the rooter they said the problem is the SIM card I must pay R100 for the SIM swop can you believe it and I payed it anyway then they said when I get home it will work fine and it did not and I've told them straight it's the last time I come to enquire about this network rooter then when it did not work I've decided to block them so they don't deduct money in my account for the rooter that does not have a network all the time because they keep on deducting money whereas it's not working now they said I owe them money which I don't know for what and they put my name on credit bureau .
