Bad service, *****ing money and bad product knowledge

I took up a Telkom Contract in 2017 November, I was assisted Nozuko and she increased my spend limit when I asked her not to as I do not want to pay anything extra, I called Telkom months later and they told me and I spoke to a guy who told me my spend should be 0.01 and I told him to totally remove it as I don’t want it, months down the line I called Telkom and told them that I want to pay my Telkom account in full for the lady on the phone told me that I should pay R5,845.60, after I have been given the amount I went to Wastage mall and paid R5,845.60 I paid the account in full, in the month of July they stared debiting my account and when I called I spoke to Nthabi and she logged a query for me and the ***,on the 2nd of August I got a call from 012 number from Pretoria from Hopheny and he promised to listen to calls then call me on Monday , but till today they have not called me as yet, I called in some time and I spoke to anther lady whom I forgot her name but when I quired the spend and the debit order she told me that they cannot see any money paid, I must send the proof of payment and Telkom should have it as I paid in May/June I paid -+ R5,845.60 at Checkers Westgate, on Stater day the 10th I went to Maponya mall to query it and the consultant( Paslesa Mothite) could not help me and she told me to call the call centre 180 as there is nothing I can she can do for me. There was appoint in time were I even logged a Hello Peter compliant, but no one from Telkom even bothered to help me or response from them.

I also have a problem with my router when I took at North gate, It was R199 on special, but when I look at my accounts they are debiting more than R 199.00, which is R 250.50 and I also requested that I do not want the extra spend.

Now for the month of August they want to debit R451.38 which they are not supposed to debit.

Please help me get through to Telkom as they are taking my money without a reason.

Till today I'm waiting for a phone call
