Bad service rendered by telkom

If you follow the review I wrote about bad service rendered to me by telkom on 12 October 2020, this is then some developments on the story. In three weeks back i went to Telekom at East gate mall for the follow of the phone that was sold to me online where the phone that was not an agreement online was delivered and unagreed premium is continuously deducted until this date as from 15 May 2019. Whereas i never utilized the phone as i am still waiting telkom to send people to come pick up the phone that i never wanted and stop deducting the money i never agreed with. The results of last week then as i say i visited telkom at east gate mall. I discovered that in their system they say my case was resolved yet it's lies. I was also promised that telkom will call me in no time after my visit, i never received a call. I was also told that my case is reopened. I still didn't get help with telkom since 2019 yet they are enjoying deducting my money every 15 of the month since 2019. Telkom never even bother to respond to the review I wrote 11 October 2020.
