Bad service received from Telkom.I need answers as soon as possible.

I have opened a cell phone account in 2013 with Telkom account was paid up in 2018,Telkom decided to list me on ITC to state that I owe them while the account was fully paid,when I spoke with the consultant from Telkom she refered me to Nudebts and advised me that Nudebts needs to clear my name.I just called Nudebts they also confirmed that my account was paid up and that Telkom need to do the clearance as their not doing it.I don't know who is fooling who here.I need answers from Telkom as this is affecting my ITC negatively.
