Bad service received from Telkom

I have had a bad experience with telkom after ordering a phone online, i was called back and told my order has been successful today to my dismay when I call to enquire about the progress of my delivery I am told that the phone is out of stock. This is ********* behavior from Telkom how can you abuse my credit score by doing a credit check and not providing me the good i require and worse not even being notified. This is a very painful experience indeed, I have been a good and loyal customer I cant believe this treatment
