Bad Service received

As a supposedly new customer I am disappointed with their service. I have app**** for a contract, they were so quick to process everything, however they were meant to come to my house for installation, sent an sms confirming that the installation would take place on the 14th, the 14th came no one pitched no call was received. I sent an email enquiring on the 15th, they rep**** saying it appears on their system that the installation is scheduled for the 16th, today is the 17th no installation has been done. No response to the email I sent enquiring. I no longer need their services, I want to cancel it.
