bad service received at vangate branch

went to telkom branch vangate mall to open a cellphone contract for Iphone8 and wifi router on tuesday 26 June. we were first asked by 2 consultants standing by there door what we were there for before we came inside the branch, told them we want a contract and was asked to bring documents. we came back with the documents 30 minutes later consultant told us the system is offline, after i argued with him he eventually did the application which was approved and ws told the device will be ordered and delivered within 5 days. on the 5th day went back as no communication was received and was casually told by the consultant that he is not sure if the y have it on stock and he is waiting for the supplier to let them know. This is not the information we received 5 days ago and was told to come back on Monday....i have cancelled the application as clearly this consultant is very unhelpful and not willing. No branch manager to complain on site
