Bad service received

Just called in to report and block a ****** phone ,spoke to Somila Memela , she sounded like she didn't want to assist ,she was not interested to what I was about to say.My brother was attacked yesterday at work at gun point and they took his phone so he went to the branch to go stop the phone and they told him they were off line he must rather phone the call centre ,he currently doesnt have a phone with him .So Telkom will have to tell us what to do since their trained consultants cant assit .He is at the police station and they told him to block his phone ,we cant do that since Somila Memela cant assist us .
