Bad service provider

Telkom is a very bad service provider, they switched off my ADSL two week ago for non payment as I was sick. They switched it on again but two days after it was switched on it was not working. I phoned the customer service centre they sent out a technician which did not help, I than went to telkom Kolonnade shopping centre and they said they could not help me and I should go to Wonderboom junction, I asked the sales assistant to contact Wonderboom junction as I was not getting through he said he could not when we got to Wonderboom junction the also said that they could not help me and that I should go to Menlyn direct store. When I got to Menlyn direct store they told me that my D-link router was never even registered on their database. I am fed up with the service they provide, I have spent about 15 hours struggling to get my ADSL fixed but to no avail. Can anyone please help?
