Bad service provider

My account gets debited on the 25th of every month via debit order for payments, to my surprise my account gets suspended due to no payment and then when I call, they tell me the funds were unallocated and I have to wait 48 hours for them allocate the funds, it's the 2nd of Feb today, what were they doing from the 25th. Now I have to be affected because I use their data to do my work. I'm honest not impressed, I am annoyed to say the least.
