Bad service provider

Telkom is one of the most useless service providers. I have been paying R800 for a WiFi that does not work. I took the router to the Telkom shop and all they can tell me is to phone the cancellation department. Telkom never answers the phone. This is bad service. I want to cancel the contract and get WiFi elsewhere. I don’t want anything from this place. I suggest no one takes a contract with Telkom. There is 4 months left of my contract and I can’t even enjoy watching anything not even for 3 minutes then it buffers and says no internet access which is BS.
