Bad service/ poor turnaround time

No feedback for more than a month from Telkom. I purchased 1 SIM card and was billed for 2. I brought matter to them for investigation and yet to receive response after a whole month. I was promised a turnaround time of 7 working days. It passed, doubled & tripled with no acknowledgement nor hint o FB anyone looking into this matter. Telkom just refund me the additional money you have collected since inception of this contract.
