Bad service. Poor Communication. No response

I have a contract with telkommobile which was due for upgrade last month. I contacted them regarding my upgrade, I was told that upgrades are only done at the store.They advised me to go to the nearest Telkom Direct store which is in Thohoyandou, where i initially signup. I took a day off to the store, only to find that the store is permanently closed. I called them again to tell them that the store they referred me to is closed, they gave me the number of their sales department. I called them more than two times, they promised to come back to me and they never did. I am frustrated with their service.
