Bad Service Period

I've recently app**** for a laptop deal with Telkom. It's been close to if not a month since request. I received the call, all went well and to date have not received a single device from Telkom. No call to apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Tried calling the sales department, you wait for ages on the line. Next day the line doesn't work. Tried their chat to an agent on their webpage, that doesn't work, I have even resorted to leaving a message for someone to email me and now I've run out of ideas.

Needed the laptop for the lockdown for my kid.. Did the application prior to the official lockdown and still no Telkom but I can guarantee they will debit timeously
