Bad Service Overall.

Bad Service from Telkom. I don't think this company does care about it's customers the agents are just not willing to understand the client and when their is becomes faulty. I had Spoke to a Tshidi Shezi and she advised me to call back and fix Telkoms Error, and that for me is not great customer service and not treating clients fairly at all.
