Bad service.. On my application 😠😠😠

I am so angry I even do not know how to express my self couple off times I have been trying to get a contract on Telkom for a laptop have been applying online and when I am done with my application. I get a massage to say that a sales agent will give me a call that number calls me the ****en agent will let the phone ring for 5 seconds. Then when I answer the person drops the phone then next thing on my credit profile it will tell me that there was a application that was made etc, what application when I ddnt speak to the agent but that ****** did not speak to me now my credit score is distroyed for bloddy *****nce if this online thing. Telkom cannot handle it they must leave it then the will send me a sms telling me that they tried calling me witch they ddnt the only thing is to buzz me. 😠😠😠😠😠😠
