Bad service on July 2017 Telkom Big Deal Promotion

On 12/07/2017 I indicated my interest in the July 2017 Telkom Big Deal for 20 GIG daytime and 20 GIG night time data advertised on social media by one of your Telkom Mobile Sales Consultants. I met with the consultant at my residence on 15 July 2017. My documentation and application was submitted to the consultant via email on 18/07/2017. On 18/07/2017 I received the following service number: ********** 1.

Herewith my email trail thus far: 29/07/2017 to consultant - Telkom is still busy with credit vetting 04/08/2017 to consultant - back log, Telkom still busy with credit vetting 14/08/2017 to consultant - had to re-apply, order was stuck. New case nr: ********** 1 20/08/2017 to consultant - no reply 24/08/2017 to consultant - no reply from consultant

If you cannot deliver, don't go into business. I will never recommend you or your consultants ever. This is false and poor advertising.
