Bad service on customer service

I have to apple store to apply for Telkom contract deals , on Monday , I got the response that my deal has been approve the credit limit is 10000 however the credit has been send to back office for verification reference number ********** 2 , kindly advised how long does for the verification takes because I have done the contract deal with Vodacom it didn't take long I got same day , I'm not happy with your service . I have been assist by bryan at mall of Africa at apple store , I did email him for the feedback yesterday ,he said that the application is still on pending status with Telkom.
