Bad service on a good friday

<p>When Telkom Wonderpark to do sim swap and waited 30 minute told that I have to bring Proof of Residence. I ask if I should bring my own sim card or they have stock and I was told they do have stock.I went to get POR and when I get back I was told there are no sim card I must go buy sim at Akermans and come back and if I don't want I should go to Montana branch.I couldn't believe that I could be chased away like that. Anyway I wentto get sim and when I came back.I waited full one hour to get service. The service there sucks. In total I spent 2:30 to be assisted. No apology was done. </p>
