Bad service of Technitions

Good day

We are running a Telkom uncapped 10 meg line at our home in the freestate (Sasolburg) area...

We have been struggeling with our line for now almost 2 months and then i have called telkom to asked the what can be wrong please can they look for me on their side if they can see something on the system...

The lady told me its a trouble line and the will send the Technitions out to coma and look after the problem....they asked me to run a Speed test and our speed test show that our download speed is max 2.7 and our uplaod is mag 0.67... I can assure you that a 10 meg line must run a 8 or 9 mb

We are waiting 3 weeks now just so that they can come and look @ our line problem...

I feel that we are paying a lot of money for something we can barely use!!!!

I realy hope it will be resolved soon
