bad service of a life time

<p>I’m starting to lose my patience, there was a guy who called me yesterday advising my account was linked with one of your customers, he will try to sort it out but he had an attitude he never even bothered to ask me security questions, he said he will phone me after talking to the client that my bank account was linked with but he never came back to me, this is the worse service experience I ever came across, now Im afraid my account will again be debited, enough is enough I’m tired of this, and I cant wait for my money to be refunded after seven working days this took almost a month either you make a plan to come delivery my money where I work and make sure that I’m not double debited this month, useless service</p>
