BAD SERVICE NOT KNOWING THEIR PRODUCTS

I just changed from MTN to Telkom mobile got contract phone with them for 3 days now to my surprise I called their call Centre today to spoke to Nozipho i asked her how much I have in my phone and she said I only have Telkom to Telkom Min I asked so what Air time I am using now because I can call any Network now and she said she don't know I asked so who knows because I need to know the answer was Go ask a person who sold u that contract very rude even shouting at me as a client and the only thing I need is know how this contract work because I am a new client I don't know anything about Telkom and even Telkom call Centre don't know any 1 using Telkom please help me
