Bad service, No support, No respect coming from Telkom.

Telkom service turnaround time is very bad. I am going on 2 months now reporting the same issue of intermittent WIFI connection, paying religiously for the services however not getting any service at all from them. I run a business using WIFI, and my business is suffering due to this. Everytime I call with all the reference numbers I have I am being told that they are waiting for a Technician to be dispatched. Why take the monthly subscription if you cannot deliver. I am sick and tired of going back and forth. This is very frustrating and disrespectful coming from Telkom. How long must I wait? Your contracts are a trap!
