BAD SERVICE-NO RESPONSE-FALSE ADVERTISING-NO CUSTOMER SERVICES

Letter of Complaint,

Extremely disappointing service!!! Having placed my order on the 14th November and was told will receive my phone in a week. Despite numerous calls and emails and still haven’t received the phone. I was contacted on the 24th November to offer me the black Friday special which we had agreed telephonically that I will be paying R199 for the P10Lite 1GB Data a month and the first 3 months with 10GB data with 100 free Minuets. Upon my called and emailed yesterday only to find that my phone was not even processed, and the special was not even updated as promised on the 24 November 2017. As advice all calls are recorded. There is no way now on the 08/12 I am told that I will not receive this special anymore and now because there is no stock you want to send the gold phone.

This is false advertising and will definitely log this query with CPA
