Bad service no liability or help

I reviewed the worst service with this company I app**** for a fibre line in April nothing has been done it seems they don't want business so I canceled the order went to a number company and they telling me the line is linked to another provider so they still messing with me I asked them to release line so I'm *****ed I can't even get a new provider. Telkom please just release me bcus I'm tired of your ****ty service
