Bad service no help at all

Seriously our business line went down along with our internet and were told 24 hours before a recognition can help. I cant try change my voice mail message to let clients know to contact us on another number because that to is not working. I got telkom to redirect calls to my cel number but alas that to has not worked. Incomoatent inaficiant useless.
