Bad service no feedback

Been strugling with internet and land line for almost 2 months. We have been calling the call centre multiple times with no success as we were advised a call was logged for a technician to come and assist in December, still no feedback. This is by far the most incompetant service that I have ever received and I expected a much more prompt and professional service from Telkom. There is also no comunication provided to you when you were told to expect feedback.
