Bad service/No delivery

<p>I received an sms on the 18th to upgrade my data contract ,On the 19th I made a call to the customer service call center. The request was approved and I was told It will take 5-7 working however, I’m still waiting for the device.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve been calling the call center for the last 3days no one is having any information as to where the hell is my delivery.</p> <p>Today I called as well and I’m not getting any info they keep on transferring me for the last 2hours ,each time someone answers their line the insist the only deal with new application not upgrades.</p> <p>I requested to provided with the number of the upgrade, the consultant said there’s no line for upgrade.</p> <p>Its more than a month since I made my request to upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please come up with a solution or I’ll just have to take my business somewhere.</p>
