BAD SERVICE!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!

I app**** for Cell phone package on the 19 March from the website and the first deduction went through on the 23rd March 18 Till today I haven’t received my cell phone or communication of the status. I’ve been calling the call centre and last week was told the package has been released. Today I phoned the call centre again and was told there is no black colour on the phone that I wanted.

But no one even bothered to tell me these or offer me another colour if that’s the case, you didn’t think twice to debit my account for something I don’t even have.

How long am I going to wait for this delivery to happen??
