bad service , misleading people and giving them false hope

i don,t even know where to begin , the fact that :

1. telcom misleads people by advertising products that they don,t even have . on their catalogue for the 20 July -19 august 2018 there is a dell laptop advertised, 36 months payment of R529 pm. I went to telkom in Adderley street Cape Town , they did not have the stock and don,t even have it on their warehouse .

2. i went to waterfront telkom they told me they are going to have to order their stock as they do not have the dell laptop and that is going to take a week. they adviser all the right products but when it comes to delivering they fail to me the demands of customers .
